The ANU film group solicited short reviews for the semester 2, 2014 programme. This is my review of Spirited Away for them. I was a bit short of time and phone it in (which is even more of a tragedy as it seems this was a popular film lots of people wanted to review).

The Lego Movie (2014)
The ANUFilm group solicited reviews for the semester 1, 2014 programme. This is my review of The Lego Movie. Again, I had no chance to see this film before the deadline, so it's all mostly wishy-washy conjecture from the promo site, IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes. I went out on a limb to guess what kind of character Wildstyle was, though.
Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 (2013)
ANUFilm was soliciting reviews for their Semester1, 2014 programme, so I applied. This is my review of Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 (2013). I didn't quite get to see this film before reviewing it (But I had some info from friends who had) and it's not exactly the most opaque story to tell from the trailers and promo clips.

R.I.P.D.(2013)
The ANU film group solicited short reviews for the semester 2, 2013 programme. I didn't choose R.I.P.D., but it was allocated to me to review anyway. I did my best "reviewing" it sight unseen, especially when it was obviously going to be pretty bad.
Gravity (2013)
The ANU film group solicited short reviews for the semester 2, 2013 programme. I requested to review Gravity(2013), as I thought I'd have the chance to see it before I'd need to submit the review... I didn't... I had to write this review as if I'd viewed and enjoyed the film, when there were nothing but teaser-trailers out. Even the plot was a mystery, but I could at least Google the names of the two lead characters!
